Important: Off-Road Rescue is not an emergency service. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

  • Individual Accounts: For personal use by individual off-roaders
  • Business Accounts: For professional service providers (towing, recovery, repair services)

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 may use the Service only with parental consent and supervision.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

  • Communicate respectfully with other users

5. Safety Guidelines

5.1 Emergency Situations

For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first. Off-Road Rescue is not a replacement for emergency services.

5.2 Safety Precautions

When using the Service:

  • Meet in public, well-lit areas when possible
  • Verify the identity of users before meeting
  • Trust your instincts and prioritize your safety
  • Don't share personal financial information
  • Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior

5.3 No Guarantee of Help

We cannot guarantee that help will be available or that users will respond to your requests. Always have backup plans for emergency situations.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service.

6.2 User Interactions

We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or safety of assistance provided by users
  • Disputes between users
  • Injuries or damages resulting from user interactions
  • Financial transactions between users

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off-Road Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

6.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Off-Road Rescue from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
